Our client is a growing presence in the freight forwarding world and looking to add a Freight Forwarder to their Road Freight team based in Castleford. They will need to have an excellent knowledge of European Road transport ideally with experience in both imports and exports. 

The Freight Forwarder will be supporting with the movement of goods for clients including with new customs procedures following Brexit. 
The role will need a strong knowledge of custom documentation and stakeholder management. 

The role requires an experienced candidate with at least 2 years experience ideally covering both Imports and Exports but our client is open to further training. It is essential the right candidate is confident in the relevant documentation and is able to communicate well to stakeholders. The right person will be able to join the team and hit the ground running with the ability to work independently. 

On offer is a salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum depending on experience along with the opportunity for a team based bonus. The company can offer an excellent working environment with a fixed working schedule of Monday - Friday; 8.30am - 5pm.
