An opportunity has arisen to join their expansive customer service division as a Customer Service Advisor. The customer service department is responsible for handling most of the contact between the company and their customers. The Customer Service Advisor is a key role for Customer Service, whose aim is logging customer’s bookings, maximising the booking conversion and increasing sales of value-added services within the product offering, dealing with queries and ensuring all regulation are adhered to.
You will represent the company's brand image and values through the work you do demonstrating the behaviours that reflects the incredible high standards the company maintains.
They are a people business so ultimately you must be sociable, personable, friendly and a great communicator along with having a passionate, can do attitude so, therefore you must be self-motivated and driven to succeed.
