Location: Bolton Salary: £25,000
Our client are a delivery management company providing efficient, high-quality and competitively priced services across Business Mail, Parcels and Doordrop Media both in the UK and internationally. They are market leaders in Downstream Access Mail (DSA) services, handling over 50% of bulk business mail in the UK.
The role is to manage a designated portfolio of customers, including planning and prioritising sales activity, to ensure customer retention, growth and profitability. To maximise sales growth for a defined group of accounts, primarily via telephone.
The right candidate will be an excellent communicator and well organized with a proven track record of retaining, cross selling and up-selling to customers. They must have a minimum of 3 years in a Customer Service/ Account Management role. Ideally the right person will come from a courier service or mail background, however not essential.
On offer is a salary of £20k - £25k
