A leading multi model logistics business is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their Normanton site. As a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for assisting the customer through the delivery journey; ensuring clear lines of communication with the Transport team and assisting with all administrative duties. This role is based on a permanent 4 on 4 off shift.

The role is a mix of Customer Service and Administrative duties and so a background in both is essential. You will work closely with the Transport team to ensure customer service levels are adhered too; providing updates on delivery times and assisting with drivers as and when required. From an administrative direction you will ensure paperwork is completed and provided to drivers; data entry and input jobs on to the bespoke system.

As well as a background in Customer Service and Administration; our client would ideally like someone to have a background in Transport or Logistics. Ideally the person will be confident; strong communicator and able to work under pressure. The right candidate would need to be confident working on Microsoft Outlook; Excel and Word.

The role will be based in their Normanton site working 4 on 4 off day shift; 6am - 6pm. Some flexibility is required on shift pattern during the training process. On offer is a salary of £25,000 - £27,000 per annum depending on experience.
