Our client is a multi platform media business who cover Magazine, Digital and Radio. They are currently recruiting for a CRO Manager who will be responsible for the day to day management and optimisation of the ecommerce platforms across subscriptions and memberships; as well as ensure the effective working of the platform to ensure best customer journey. The role is an exciting opportunity to join a global business offering an attractive package along with hybrid working. 

The Role

•  End to end full website content management and ownership of CMS system in regard to CRO strategy
• Monitoring the performance and user behaviour on the website from a CRO perspective to identify areas of opportunity
• Supporting and developing the test plan roadmap and UX strategy alongside internal managers and directors
• Ownership of the Abandonment strategy and platform
• Managing the Junior Web Designer

Our client is ideally looking for a candidate who has been working in a similar role with experience in CRO and UX; ideally with knowledge of CMS, Google Analytics and AB Testing platforms. The right candidate will be a self start; able to work pro actively with a very high attention to detail. The role is focused around the customer and so the right candidate will be customer focused. Ideally if the candidate has already managed a team this would be beneficial.

On offer is the opportunity to join a growing business on a 12 month contract. The salary for the role is £32,000 - £35,000 per annum with other company benefits including flexible holiday policy and discounts across well known brands. The role is based from their Peterborough office but with flexibility for home working; ideally 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
