Location: Stanstead Abbotts, Ware Salary: £30,000
• To drive Sales within the targeted local area in order to achieve the agreed sales turnover budget across existing and new accounts
• To achieve the agreed minimum gross margin target across existing and new accounts
• To develop profitable business from new market sectors • As and when required, to assist in the fulfilment of orders as well as overseeing stock integrity at the Company Owned Unit warehouse.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential customers
• Help prepare and agree annual sales and margin budget for all accounts
• Agree and set pricing with customers, manage contracts if any. • Manage time effectively to prioritise customers and opportunities by volume and margin
• Maintain CRM activity for all prospects and customers that you deal with
• Provide monthly feedback on status of sales and margin within the key accounts and potential customers WHO YOU ARE A natural communicator who wants the best for his/her team. Results orientated but recognising that individual and team performance is measured by more than just the stats
