With an exciting business strategy in place for the next 5 years, the business has introduced plenty of new initiatives and a new sales structure and are now looking for more number driven, energetic and enthusiastic team players to join and enjoy being a part of an established 2nd generation family business.
The position is a Business Development Manager where you will drive customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.
You will be responsible for obtaining new business in the business and industry market, the HoReCa marketplace and the public sector such as hospitals and councils. You’ll focus on prospecting new business across your region which will be London and surrounding and work to achieving pre-assigned revenue and margin targets for the financial year.
The company are looking for high calibre, career-focused, money-hungry sales professionals who have experience of working in a B2B sales environment in a field based capacity and someone who can clearly demonstrate their successes to date. Furthermore, they want ambitious individuals who look for the progressive steps they can take within a business as they develop and the business continues to expand.
On offer is a basic salary of £25 – 30,000 with a realistic OTE of £15-20k on top. A fully expensed company car, laptop, mobile plus many other peripheral benefits.
