Location: Staines Salary: £27,500

Senior IT Engineer required for our leading global client. Please note this vacancy has the following shift patterns :

4 days on: 06.30 – 18.30 / 4 off

4 nights on 18.30 – 06.30 / 4 off

To provide first line hardware and software technical support to all system users (1000+)
Perform all IT housekeeping tasks as per work instructions..
Ensure that all IT calls and jobs are completed and recorded in accordance with work instructions and internal SLA’s.
Provide proactive incident management by monitoring background processes, communication links and devices for errors.
Ensure that all shift and backup logs are correctly maintained and that all documentation is kept up to date.
Ordering and maintaining IT hardware and consumables.
