      Customer Service Executive


      Location: Melton Mowbray Salary: £20,000

      Our client is a leading logistics provider who is looking to add a Customer Service Executive to their Melton Mowbray depot. As part of the Customer Service team you will support a number of our clients customers with all queries and ensuring a high level of service at all times. The role will be supporting customers who are using our client for Transport and Road Freight solutions.

      You will be responsible for assisting customers with updates and tracking of their shipments; ensuring any queries are dealt with and managing the files on bespoke software so all parties are kept updated. The role will require both telephone and email communication and so previous experience in a fast paced customer service role is essential. Ideally the person will have experience in a Transport or Logistics environment. 

      The role will also require managing the admin related to the movement of goods; ensuring invoices are correctly sent to customers and managing a general enquires email inbox. The right person will have excellent communication skills; highly organised and proficient on Microsoft packages. 

      The role is working 9am - 5.30pm; Monday to Friday in a warm and welcoming team. On offer is a salary of £18,000 - £20,000 per annum with the opportunity to start immediately and to earn an annual bonus.
