Our client is one of the pioneers in world class automotive ecommerce solutions. They are looking to add an Account Manager to their team based in Kent. As Account Manager you will be responsible for a portfolio of accounts and looking to assist with their day to day queries, marketing strategy and future campaigns. The role will focus on building on successful relationships to offer further services and assist clients in reaching their goals through innovation and initiative solutions.
You will be first point of contact for your clients and supporting them on both technical queries and marketing strategy. Ideally the right person would have experience from either an IT based support role or marketing experience. Our client can provide full training on all aspects of the role including their bespoke platform and services. The role will require analysing analytical data to then provide recommendations to clients. This role requires a high level of communication; customer service and the ability to monitor data. As well as managing the accounts and dealing with reactive aspects of client management; the role also requires a proactive approach to ensure you are able to draw out any future opportunities and recommend additional services within the marketing portfolio.
The ideal candidate would have a background in account management or customer service; ideally within digital marketing, SaaS or automotive. The right candidate will have worked in a B2B environment with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
On offer is a salary is £22,000 - £26,000 per annum with flexible working; 25 days holiday plus an additional day for your birthday. The company offer a friendly and modern working environment.
