Our client is a Government-approved Apprenticeship Training Provider looking to add a Data & Compliance Manager to their growing team. They specialise in a range of training in leadership, sales, digital marketing, content production and more. The role will focus on managing monthly enrolments, ensuring compliance of the documentation and accuracy in the in-putted data in relation to EFSA funding rules. 

The role will be key to ensuring all process and data has been accurate throughout a learners journey to ensure correct funding returns are received upon completion. As Data & Compliance Manager you will lead a small team of Compliance Officers ensuring effective work flow and delegating administrative duties. The role will also focus on overseeing audits; assessing and improving process and reporting for both clients and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an Apprenticeship or Training environment with good understanding of ESFA funding regulations, Ofsted and apprenticeship standards. The role requires excellent analytical, data and Excels skills. Ideally the person will have experience working and developing processes within a Management Information Systems (MIS). It is essential that the right person will be a strong communicator and previous experience in people management would be advantageous. 

The role will be remotely based but the option to work from their Peterborough/Manchester/London office will be available should a candidate wish for hybrid working. The hours will be Monday - Friday; 9am - 5.30pm. On offer is a salary of £34,000 - £36,000 per annum depending on experience along with additional company benefits such as healthcare and discount across a number of brands.
