      Assistant Compliance Manager


      Location: Warwick Salary: £25,000

      We have an exciting new opportunity for an Assistant Compliance Manager to join a leading Insurance Administrator who specialise in automotive based insurance products working with the leading dealerships across the UK. The Assistant Compliance Manager will provide day to day compliance support services across the internal functions of the business. Reporting directly to the Compliance Manager the role will support in all elements of internal compliance from training; assessing contracts and ensuring all administrative duties are completed. 

      The role will focus on mitigating compliance and financial crime risk on a day to day basis through effective monitoring and managing of legal and regulatory documentation; conducting sanctions checks and assisting with all auditing internally and externally. The role will have a focus on GDPR ensuring maintenance of the company's database of third party contracts, binders and service agreements as well as any data breaches and requests for data. The role will also have responsibility for updating policy and training information as well as writing annual reviews of compliance policies and procedures. 

      The right candidate will have experience in a similar position with a good understanding of FCA Regulations surrounding general insurance distribution. The role requires a high level of attention to detail; excellent written communication skills and the ability to analyse and assess information. The compliance team are an essential part of the business and those monitoring policies must act with integrity, diligence and due care.

      The role will be based at their Warwick office and will be a hybrid role working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. The role is Monday - Friday; 8.30am - 5pm. On offer is a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience. The role has very strong opportunity for growth in the future and would be looking for someone to join them with ambitious for long term stability and progression.
