Graduate Recruitment Consultant

We are actively recruiting for graduates to join our graduate training scheme:

The Role

You will work alongside senior consultants being trained and developed to a very high standard to enable you to become a fee earning consultant. You will learn all aspects of the sales cycle from identifying candidates and managing the candidate journey to prospecting companies and winning new business.

The Person

You will be a recent graduate looking for a career in sales. You will be driven, ambitious, persistent and tenacious and ideally bring a sociable and engaging personality.

Graduate Account Manager

We are actively recruiting for graduates to join our graduate training scheme.

The Role

You will work alongside senior account managers being trained and developed to a very high standard to enable you to become a fee earning account manager.  You will learn all aspects of effective account management from maintaining and building relationships to maximising the volume of opportunities we work on.

The Person

You will be a recent graduate looking for a career in sales and/or account management.  You will be ambitious, tenacious and have a can-do attitude as well as being an effective team player.

Consultant

We are actively recruiting consultants with a between 1-3 years’ sales or recruitment experience to be part of our team.

The Role

You will play a key role leading and managing a particular vertical within P3 Search.  You will have ownership for the full sales cycle from winning new business and initial client instruction through to account management and successful placement.

You will have opportunities to work towards management and mentoring positions within the business depending in the direction you want your career to take.

The Person

Ideally, you will be degree educated and have between 1-3 years’ sales experience and/or have experience within recruitment.  We typically prefer candidates who have a stable career to date and who want to rewards and excitement a career in a fast-paced recruitment environment can offer.

Account Manager

We are actively recruiting for account managers to join the expanding team at P3.

The Role

You will immediately acquire key accounts within the business and play an active role in developing and nurturing these accounts to ensure maximum visibility.  You will win repeat business in the form of instructions, manage recruitment processes and secure placements.

We typically work with large national accounts so the ability to work with multiple decision makers at one time is important.

The Person

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in recruitment and/or account management.  You will be degree educated and understand fantastic customer service and working to KPI’s.  This is a team based role where tenacity and hard work are vital.

Senior Consultant

We are actively recruiting for senior consultants to lead key verticals within our growing team.

The Role

You will play a key role in delivering our broad range of recruitment solutions to key accounts.  You will be proven as a winner of new business and be adept at managing all stages of the recruitment process.  You will be involved in building and growing a vertical and mentoring and guiding more junior colleagues.

The Person

You will have a track record in recruitment although this could be across any industry as full training is provided on the markets we operate within.  We are looking for individuals who are used to outperforming targets and leading by example and have some depth of understanding of the recruitment process and working on roles at all levels.

Senior Account Manager

We are actively recruiting for senior account managers to manage major accounts within our growing team.

The Role

As a Senior Account Manager within P3 Search you will manage major accounts of the business.  These businesses will be used to the exceptional levels of service P3 search provide at all stages of the recruitment process and will continue to engage with us on a variety of vacancies at different levels of the hierarchy due to our success in finding and securing the highest calibre of candidates.

The Person

You will know what it takes to continue to develop and nurture these relationships through hard work and a thorough understanding of recruitment best practice.  You will be able to manage multiple vacancies at any one time all at differing stages of the recruitment lifecycle.  You will have leadership capabilities and be used to providing direction and guidance to team members who operate in a supporting role.
